This research has been directed at the study of the possible role of ligand substituents on the molybdenum center of a series of mononuclear monooxomolybdenum(V) complexes. The chemical and/or physical properties of 49 compounds containing dithiolato, 2-mercaptoethanolato, diolato, alkanethiolato, alkoxo, or para-substituted phenolato ligands are studied.Type
