dc.description.abstractA sample of 130 adults over the age of 50 underwent diffusion tensor imaging and KIBRA genotyping. The relations between KIBRA genotype and white matter integrity were investigated through measures of Fractional Anisotropy and Apparent Diffusion Coefficient. No statistically significant findings were obtained.
