Echoes of the Night
ABOUT THE COLLECTION
Echoes of the Night is a Flandrau Science Center Production. It was developed in the 1980s and shown at the Flandrau Planetarium. The show is a collection of Native American night sky lore as told by Gerard Tsonakwa, an Abenaki Indian from the Northeastern United States. Slides were created from original artworks by Lerre Vance and Mark Basurto. The slides are one component of a multimedia production that included a soundtrack of music and special effects by local Tucson artist Soundings of the Planet.
