dc.description.abstractAll Arizona wells must be registered with the ADWR. Domestic private well are not overseen or regulated by ADEQ. The well owner has the responsibility for maintaining and ownership status of the well and is also responsible for its operating performance and for checking its water quality. The purpose of this publication is to assist well owners to check the registration of their well by searching the ADWR imaged records files, and how to keep well installation and maintenance records current.
