The performance failure mechanisms of a receiver that may be activated by interference are reviewed and methods of characterizing and measuring this performance to bring out the receiver susceptibility to interference, and the nature and degree of its performance degradation under specified conditions of interference and background thermal-type noise, are presented.Sponsors
