The purpose of this article is to complete the work for specifying the system parameters for all types of modulation used in telemetry systems. The original work is contained in the ITC Proceeding Volume 10 1974, and deals only with FM/FM systems. The combined works of the two articles will consider single type modulation formats, or a combination of the different types of modulations used in present day system.Sponsors
