dc.description.abstractThe Telemetry Group (TG) of the Range Commanders Council is the primary means of exchanging telemetry technical and operational information and coordinating and standardizing systems, techniques, methods, and procedures. The TG is concerned with such telemetry gathering instrumentation as airborne sensing devices and modulation and multiplexing equipment. In addition, the group monitors developments in telemetry processing and storage systems and special display devices. The group is also responsible for writing and updating the Telemetry Standards Document and a series of five volumes on Text Methods for Telemetry Systems and Subsystems.
