dc.description.abstractA communication link operating at 5 millimeters can be designed to take advantage of the properties of the oxygen absorption band to provide relatively interference free and secure communications. A tunable transmitter and receiver were developed to demonstate the adaptability of such a link to varying propagation and potentially hostile EMI conditions.
