dc.description.abstract	Anatomic lateral ankle ligament reconstruction using free tendon graft with osseous tunnels has become a popular technique for revision reconstruction of the lateral ankle ligaments. With the procedure’s burgeoning popularity, an accompanying increase in postoperative complications is likely to occur. We report on one such complication: traumatic distal fibula fracture through the transosseous tunnels.	en_US
