AbstractSnacking has been identified as a dietary pattern that could contribute to the prevalence of overweight and obesity. Snacking patterns can be influenced by the environment such as the workplace. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workplace sedentary interventions on diet, more specifically snacking, and to give more information on the nutritional value of snacking.
