Effects of Harvester Ants on Production of a Saltbush CommunityThe presence of denuded areas caused by harvester ants did not lower the production of a Nuttall saltbush community in the Big Horn Basin of Wyoming. Increased saltbush production around the perimeter of the denuded areas compensated for the absence of saltbush within the denuded area.
