Sixweeks fescue was found unacceptable to cattle at all seasons and nitrogen fertilization did not increase its rooting strength or palatability. It contributed nothing to forage supply and interfered with cattle grazing of blue grama. Alternative practices for alleviating irregular grazing distribution include weed control or fertilization of infested areas to attract cattle.Type
