| dc.description.abstract | Sustainability is one of the most discussed topics in the world. Sustainability innovation and principles are immeasurable and are remarkably effective if applied correctly. Such principles can impact governmental decisions making on national, state, and local levels. The values of sustainability can always be improved and shared among everyone, not just those with the economic resource to afford its techniques. This study investigated the importance of improving sustainable practices in low-income communities while creating affordable housing through data collection, analysis, and interpersonal surveys. It was found that investing in sustainable communities and affordable housing has both environmental and economic growth benefits all people will enjoy. | en_US |
