Abstract
Undergraduate students have developed the Drone Data Communication System (DDCS). This application supports telemetry and command control for St. Mary’s University’s Unmanned Aerial Systems Laboratory. The scalable implementation derives many features from documented military and commercial telemetry solutions but also expands to include additional features needed to support its educational and research missions.
