This study looks at correlations between greenspace, nature connectedness, sleep, and well-being. Ninety-one University of Arizona college students signed up to fill out surveys for the lab in order to receive credits for their classes. Over the period of a week they answered questions daily on the SONA app. The questionnaires ask students about their experience with the green space on U of A campus and their mental health. After analyzing the data, there was found to be no correlation between greenspace on the U of A campus and well-being. There was significant correlation between nature connectedness and well-being, sleep, and anxiety. Greenspace on the U of A campus also showed to correlate with better sleep quality. While my initial hypothesis was not found to be true in the data, there were more significant findings that warrant more research.Type
