Abstract
Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is an ecosystem-based strategy that focuses on long-term management of pests or their damage through a combination of techniques such as biological controls, habitat manipulation, modification of cultural practices, use of resistant varieties, and chemical (UCIPM definition). Chemical controls are employed after other management techniques have proven ineffective and/ or significant crop damage continues to occur.Series/Report no.
