dc.description.abstractWinter cereals for forage are displacing durum for grain in many areas of Arizona due to the demands of the dairy and beef cattle industry. The University of Arizona has only sporadically tested winter cereals for forage. This tria was initiated at the request of the dairy industry and may be conducted in the future depending on demand for thi information and available funding.
