Hestia Collective was born from the idea that people are better off when they belong to a community. In today's shifting world, there are many individuals who live in isolation. Hestia Collective exists to bring people together in a world that is moving apart. Hestia Collective partners with companies to offer community based, cost-efficient housing solutions to young professionals moving to new cities. This aids these individuals in fostering professional growth and personal connections and fights the growing epidemic of loneliness amongst young adults. The venture functions by first creating partnerships with companies and apartment buildings. Then, Hestia Collective asks the companies to offer their service as a benefit to the company's new hires. This means that the companies pay a fee to Hestia Collective in order for their new hires to participate in the program. Hestia Collective then takes the new hires and places them into pre-contracted apartment buildings so that they are all in the same space. From there, Hestia Collective hosts social events to help the new hires build community and develop relationships. In phase two of the venture plan, Hestia Collective will design and build its own community centered housing developments.Type
