In these papers I study various topics in the fields of Labor and Education Economics. Using a mix of experimental and program evaluation methods, I analyze the following subjects: the impact of School Choice Programs on public school student outcomes; if peer effects can be incentivized in randomized group settings; and the level of inate discrimination in virtual reality dictator games. Individual abstracts can be found at the beginning of each chapter.Type
