dc.description.abstractThe Central Arizona Groundwater Replenishment District (CAGRD) was created by an act of the Arizona Legislature in 1993 to provide groundwater replenishment services within the Central Arizona Project (CAP) service area (Maricopa, Pinal and Pima Counties). The CAGRD is operated by the Central Arizona Water Conservation District, which also operates the CAP; and the Conservation District and Replenishment District share the same Board.
