    Abstract
Conquer Cafe is a proposed mission driven small business designed to blend quality coffee with meaningful social impact by prioritizing inclusive employment for people with disabilities. This thesis presents a full marketing, and operations plan for launching the cafe in Tucson, Arizona a city with one of the highest populations of disabled residents in the state and a community already deeply connected to disability advocacy. The goal of Conquer Cafe is to model what an accessible, empowering workplace can look like when inclusion is intentionally built into every level of the business. Through an analysis of the 4Ps—product, price, place, and promotion—this thesis outlines how the cafe will operate sustainably while honoring the needs, voices, and strengths of its employees. The plan includes accessible equipment choices, a supportive workflow, flexible scheduling, community based hiring partnerships, and a pricing strategy designed to remain affordable while supporting fair wages. Financial projections demonstrate that an inclusive business model can still be economically viable, with strong contribution margins and an achievable break-even timeline. Overall, this thesis argues that Conquer Cafe can serve as both a neighborhood gathering space and a platform for disability awareness, showing that purpose driven small businesses can create real impact through everyday interactions and thoughtful design.
